Established in 1986 Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS) is renowned for its academic excellence. AIMS is known for its academic caliber and aesthetically designed Skill and Simulation center, centrally air-conditioned 2000 seating capacity auditorium and 1120 bedded hospital with advanced equipment & super specialty services.
Undergraduate course M.B.B.S., started in the year 1986 and Postgraduate course M.D, Biochemistry started in the year 1997. The department serves the educational needs of 250 MBBS undergraduates, 100 Nursing students, 100 Allied health students, post graduates and Ph.D. research scholars. It also caters to needs of health service by providing clinical laboratory investigations.
